Common questions

Does the caller know it is an AI?

Yes. The assistant says so at the start of the call, and it only answers people who call you. Anyone who prefers a person leaves a name and callback number, and you call back.

What about health information and HIPAA?

The AI only organizes appointments: name, callback number, type of appointment, preferred time. No symptoms, no diagnoses, no treatment details in the conversation. What it may record is agreed with you in writing before launch. Details are in the privacy policy.

What happens when the AI cannot help?

It takes the name, the request and a callback number and creates a callback for your team. Emergencies are forwarded to the number you provide.

What does it cost?

A one-time setup fee plus a fixed monthly fee, month to month. No ad spend. We quote in the first call, in writing.
